Alexis & Jeffrey - The Metropolist | Jubilee Weddings and Events

August 7th 2021 may have started out like every other normal Saturday for most people, but for Alexis and Jeffrey it was the beginning of the rest of their lives.

Between the hustle and bustle of make-up and hair and getting ready, the morning flew by and before they knew it, it was time to slip on her dress and button his suit. They had decided to meet down by the dock at the Hyatt Regency in Renton, where Alexis and her bridesmaids had spent the night. When Jeffrey arrived at the dock, he waited anxiously to see his beautiful bride for the first time. When the moment finally came and he got to turn around, his enormous smile showed just how much he loved his bride and just how happy he was to get on with their day. They were able to enjoy a few moments alone while the photographers captured their photos, but then it was time to load up and head to the wedding location. The Metropolist in Seattle was already jam packed with all their friends and family as the bride and groom arrive and head to their respective lounges to freshen up for the ceremony. At 5 o'clock sharp the ceremony began and Alexis and Jeffrey said their vows and "I do" in front of all their loved ones. They were finally husband and wife! The guests enjoyed some appetizers at cocktail hour while Alexis and Jeffrey tended to a few tasks but before they knew it, the emcee was introducing the new Mr. and Mrs. Le and the couple was making their first grand entrance as husband and wife! Brian McKnight sang his heart out while Alexis and Jeffrey shared their first dance and gave a welcome speech. The night continued on with dinner and toasts while the bride and groom mingled with their guests. Next, as if the night wasn't special already, the bride and groom changed into their Lao traditional outfits and cut the cake and performed a Lao traditional dance. It made an already incredibly special day, that much sweeter! As the Lao traditional dance ended, the dance floor opened to everyone and the music took the rest of the night away. Alexis and Jeffrey snuck off for some late night golden hour photos while the party continued on inside. Around 11pm, the newlyweds were sent off with their friends and family cheering them on in the rearview window.

The day was full of so much love and happiness and we are so grateful to have been a part of it all. Congratulations again to Mr. and Mrs. Le!
